The Kitten, aka Mackinaw
While we were building the Cottage (2005) and on a Canoe weekend with our dear Friends Ann and Chad, This little darling showed up at our campsite. Scott said, "find her a home" (knowing what I nut I am about animals he convinced we did not need another four legged child. But then...... a day later he said, "she's coming home with us" About $100 later due to cat litter, toys, bed, cat carrier..... The princess arrived back in Saugatuck that Sunday, (never did set foot in the cat carrier) and travels almost every weeken to the cottage with us riding on her bed on the console of the truck. She is way too funny and even though Cameo still acts like she does not like her, we all know it is not true. She is too adorable not to love. Finally, Scott has a pet of is own that actually comes to him when he calls!!!
